Tomorrow is the celebration of National Pancake Day, and of course we could not pass up the day! Here is a wonderfully simple and delicious pancake recipe we made the other weekend - utilizing our favorite, Fiber One Pancake mix. So if you happen to have these ingredients on hand for the morning, definitely try it out :).
Strawberry Shortstack
makes one serving
1/2 cup fiber one pancake mix
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup strawberries
2 T lite cool whip
1 T hershey's sugar free strawberry ice cream topping
Make pancakes according to directions. Simply top with strawberries, a dollop of cool whip, and a drizzle of hershey's sugar free strawberry topping! So whether you make this recipe, or jazz up your own shortstack, be sure to enjoy some pancakes on National Pancake Day this year!
